Are these retrieval/maturity numbers typical, or are we missing something protocol-wise?

I’m trying to understand whether my results are within the realm of “normal” for DOR patients, or whether there are protocol tweaks we should potentially be making.

Across both retrievals, I typically had around 7–8 follicles seen throughout stims, but we’re not getting close to that number in mature eggs retrieved.

Cycle 1:
3 mature eggs retrieved
all 3 fertilized and made it to blast

Cycle 2:
4 eggs retrieved, 3 mature
2 made it to blast

Across both cycles we had 5 blasts sent for PGT-A:
4 abnormal
1 inconclusive currently being retested
I’m 37 with DOR.
I guess my question is whether this kind of drop-off from follicle count to mature eggs is fairly typical for DOR, or whether it suggests there may be something protocol-related we’re missing (trigger timing, priming, suppression, stim approach etc). I know not every follicle contains a mature egg, but I’m struggling with seeing ~8 follicles and ending up with 3–4 mature eggs.
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone with similar numbers or protocol changes that improved maturity/retrieval rates.

Do you get charged the clinic coordination fee each time?

My clinic’s charges $750 each cycle which does not make sense to me. Want to see if this is industry standard? Why does it feel like everything IVF-related in the US is designed to drain you emotionally and financially?
