Belly transformation (1 year) | 27F - 52kgs - 152cms

Sorry for the reel type format video on reddit

Took gymming super seriously from start of the year. My weight in before video is around 58/60 (Aug’ 25) and now is 52.5kgs. Started consistently from Jan 2026 (60kgs)

Diet :
Breakfast - Milk & protein muesli or Peanut butter toast with banana or oats (same thing since months)
Lunch - 160g of chicken, sweet potatoes and sweet corn or whatever my mom cooks (usually fish, red meat, chicken) (I’m not very strict on just eating chicken)
Dinner - Chappati & bhaaji, whatever mom cooks.

Once in a while I have protein powder. I take no supplements. Only Pre workout (sometimes)

Workout routine (not any particular manner)
Day 1 - Legs, Glutes Ofcoursed
Day 2- boxing practice (with or without bag)
Day 3 - Back & Biceps
Day 4 - Footwork, Kicks, flexibility, stretching.
Day 5 - Tricep, Shoulder, Chest
Day 6- Obliques & core (just started this 4 weeks back)

Everyday, I do skipping (boxers, sprint, etc) and sometimes incline walking on cardio (15-30mins)

Goal is to have my body flow like water —> strong, flexible, mobile and ready to defend! 🫶🏻

After a good arm workout day 💪 7 months lifting! 52.5kgs

A year later I’m gonna be sculpted 💪
Current body weight - 52.5kgs

Diet:
Breakfast - Peanut butter toast & banana or eggs or protein muesli or oats.
Lunch - Usually 160g of chicken and sweet potato or rice for carbs. Sweet corn & other veggies for fibre
Dinner - Chappati and vegetable.
I try to have protein powder (I don’t like it)

Workout - Push, Pull, Legs, MMA, sometimes only arms days or obliques & core, or boxing, or just cardio too. Fully depends on what I feel like working out on that day.

My 7 months fitness journey | Meals and workout

I’ve been consistently gymming from Jan 2026.
I went from 60kgs to 52kgs (today)
I know that diet >> gym

Workout : I usually follow PPL twice a week and also do functional training and train different martial arts (by myself)

Diet :
Breakfast - Proetin muesli with milk or peanut butter toast with banana
Lunch - Meals put in the pictures ( chicken, eggs, fish, sweet potatoes, rice veggies)
Dinner - Chappati with whatever my mom’s makes.

I also eat outside and eat bit of junk (I love chips) but that’s only maybe once a week. I don’t torture myself with any meals. If I crave a biryani , I just have it hahah. I’ve gained good amount of muscle mass over the months and have gotten stronger!

Tell me if this requires any improvement!

60kgs > 52kgs | 27F | 152cm | 6 months (Reversed my PCOS & endometriosis with weights)

I had issues with my periods and PCOS from past 11/12 years with bleeding for 20-25 days, too many cysts, thickened endometrial lining etc… cut to 🎬 NOW having healthy periods for 3 days only!! Gym and good diet helped me eliminate all these major issues which no medication or gynec could do!

Diet : Protein intake between 90-120g (Chicken, eggs, red meat, protein muesli, oats, protein powder) and taking care of other macros. Sweet potatoes, chappati for carbs and carrot, borrocli, etc for fibre. And whatever my mom makes for food (very limited quantity)

Workout - weight lifting, boxing, incline slow walking on treadmill, Mauy Thai (just started this) I alternate my days between boxing & PPL.
