



For those who grill or smoke food, what type of charcoal/fuel do you prefer and why? I’ve mostly used regular briquettes but I’m curious what others think burns cleaner and lasts longer. Also less ashes too.
I always thought finding a supplier would be the hard part, but now it feels like deciding who to trust is way trickier, especially when comparing a few options.
How do you guys usually decide who to go with?
