Made it to the gym for the first time in over a month due to migraines and completed a full workout today with no migraine (so far) :) and I even washed my crusty car, someone clap!!!! Thank you emgality sheesh
I’ve had a new onset of migraines with aura which unfortunately means I need to switch birth control methods. Currently on the generic Seasonique which has been awesome for PMDD, but can worsen migraines and increase stroke risk. I have an appointment soon with my gyno but wanted to get some opinions. Anyone else deal with migraines and PMDD and what kind of birth control works for you?
