What is wrong with my body I am frustrated😫

I am a 21-year-old male, around 5'11" (180 cm) tall and weigh 74 kg. I don't smoke. I live in India, where we have about 4 months of summer, 4 months of monsoon, and 4 months of winter.

The problem is that every winter I get sick very frequently. During those 4 months, I get sick about 5 times. My symptoms usually include a runny nose, sore or swollen tonsils, and fever. In contrast, during summer I rarely get sick—at most once in the entire season. Now that summer is over and the monsoon has started, the temperature has dropped and I have become sick again.

In the monsoon, I usually get sick only once during the 4 months, but in winter it happens around five times every year. The fever and tonsil pain improve within 2–3 days, but my runny nose lasts for 12–15 days. This has been happening every year, and I'm very frustrated.

What could be causing this? Is there something wrong with my immune system? How can I prevent these frequent illnesses, and is there any way to reduce how long my runny nose lasts?
