Worried About Documentation

I'm going to be applying for SSI soon but I'm worried I don't have enough documentation of my issues and I'm not sure how to get more.

I have brain damage from an experimental radiation treatment when I was a kid, but it's never something they fully investigated to my knowledge because they were rightly more focused on helping me not die of cancer.

I am also autistic but once again, nobody ever fully investigated because I never made trouble for anyone.

I do for sure have a PTSD diagnosis on the record from therapy, and must have something about anxiety because I'm on medication for it, but ultimately I'm worried there's not going to be enough of a paper trail and I have no idea how to get more of one, especially since I can't exactly afford a ton of visits to specialists and the one specialist I did visit said they can't check for brain damage for certain because that would expose me to further radiation which would exacerbate said brain damage.

Anyone know how to get more medical evidence for SSI people to look at?

I Don't Know Anymore

I've been exploring my identity again recently and at this point I have no idea what to expect lol.

I'm transfemme, and most comfortable in a feminine body (I've been on HRT for 9 Years now). My brain functions best on estrogen. Which is why I find it incredibly weird that I like being called a boy by my girlfriend sometimes, and prefer being called her 'partner' with they/she pronouns by her.

I've had to find a happy medium between feminine and masculine clothing styles, because my preferences tend to swap between the two on a weekly basis.

I'm not really stressing over this, but it would be nice if my brain could at least stay somewhat consistent.

Feeling Stuck and Useless

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

I 27(F) don't know what to do at this point.

I am able-bodied, but kinda qualify as mentally disabled?

I have mild brain damage mixed up with autism and a bunch of other mental health stuff.

Anyway, I tried living out on my own with various partners, and it ended up not working out.

At the moment, I live with and am entirely dependent on my family, who have fortunately been extremely supportive. But they're not wealthy by any means, and my living with them is definitely taking a toll.

When I first moved back in with them a year ago, I tried my best to hit the ground running. I did research, found a field I was good at that had a lot of job opportunities nearby, and did online school while looking for any place that would hire me in the meantime.

I got a scholarship, doubled up my classes so I could complete the whole year's work in one semester, and I got my CSC - which should've been plenty for the job I was after.

Only, even with already having a year's relevant experience in the field, nobody will hire me.

I've applied everywhere that's worth the gas money now, and had zero luck. Fast food, waiting tables, retail, everywhere.

There's nothing.

And now the state provided phone I've been using has quit working, and I obviously can't afford service, so I'm kind of freaking out.

I'm in the process of applying for SSI, but I'm waiting on old medical records and when I do get them I doubt I'll be approved anyway.

So it seems like my options are to wither away in growing debt on the off chance an opportunity randomly appears, or to go into even more debt (If I can even be approved for more student loans at this point anyway) and go back to school for a full bachelor's in my field for slightly more job opportunities.

I have no idea what to do.
