Ram dealers in my area don't provide loaners for warranty work.

I heard that familiar sound on my 2023 1500 5.7 a few mornings ago so I made an appointment at the dealership. I brought it in thinking I would receive a loaner but that wasn't the case. The tech said I could call enterprise down the road and pay for a rental. I find it wild that I'm stuck footing the bill for for a rental car because I have an issue that's still covered under warranty. Is this really my only fucking option?
