I want to do B.des game design, but I'm confused about where to go and my budget is similar to the fees here.

can y'all tell me if geu is any good? and also I have a personal question regarding haircuts like are guys here required to keep short hairs? I already know there's a dress code but I guess I can tolerate that but apart from that I also want to know if it is too 'strict' because no matter what private university I ask about everyone calls them bad.
