Question about a label "JC11-1"

Hi everyone, I don't know much about CDS as I dont buy them often, but I recently got a CD of "Methodology" by Plan M. Does anyone know what this label on the back of the case means? Or is just manufacturing related or smth like that?

Besides the fact they have 2 songs on this "Universal Magnetics" album. I really like this song, but there's barely anything about them
