Gimme Customer Support Issues
Has anybody else had issues with Gimme’s customer service lately? I’ve tried reaching out to my doctor twice within the last week/week and a half about my treatment plan and haven’t heard anything back. What’s weird is my messages don’t even stay visible in the portal after like a day, so I can’t tell if they’re even going through. I also contacted customer service & never got a response, & there doesn’t seem to be a way to follow back up with them again.
I originally wanted to stay because the pricing was really good but I’m honestly considering switching providers at this point. Has anybody else dealt with this? And if you switched, where did you go instead? I have to make a decision by Friday.
