Made some fun Halloween s’mores cookies today. I actually had zero plans to bake anything today but then I heard it’s national s’mores day and being the foodie (and Halloween lover I am) I can’t say no to a fun excuse to make something fall/halloween themed.

These cookies have a graham cracker on the bottom, topped with a marshmallow, and then topped with cookie dough.
