What’s the best way to jb iOS 16.7.16 to iOS 16.7 RC and lower?

I use an iPhone X and im trying to jb my phone so I can download trollstore(any kind).

the app I’m trying to download tells me to sideload it instead of using palera1n but using sidestore is a hassle since only my dad has a laptop with admin.
