I'm looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.
About a week ago, my Outlier account was permanently deactivated. I contacted support for clarification, and they told me the decision was made after an audit. I'm trying to understand what may have led to this outcome, as I wasn't aware of any policy violations.
I've already reached out to support, but I haven't been able to get any additional details or a meaningful review of the decision.
Has anyone successfully appealed a permanent deactivation or been able to obtain more information about an audit decision? I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience or any suggestions on what to do next.
