I turned on an old phone of mine where I used WhatsApp until 4 years ago (android, now on iPhone).

I updated WhatsApp version (obviously obsolete) and all WhatsApp medias started deleting from my phone archive slowly, I tried to uninstall WhatsApp but nothing happened and it kept deleting files, now only a few have not been deleted because I turned it the phone.

I'm totally lost, because there were a lot of important photos, hope someone can help, I think it may have something to do with WhatsApp reorganizing the archive folders but now photos have been deleted.

Maybe some advanced tool from PC to retrieve deleted files could help?
