[HIRING] Short-Form Video Editor for TikTok/Instagram — Long-Term Work, ~20 Videos/Month
I'm looking to bring on an editor for my short-form content (TikTok + Instagram Reels). Looking for someone who can jump in long-term, not a one-off gig.
Budget: ~$7-$10 per video (negotiable)
Volume: Around 20 videos a month, so this could turn into solid, consistent income if we're a good fit.

Take a look at the pacing, cuts, captions, and overall vibe — that's roughly the energy I'm going for. I'm also a fan of the punch-in/zoom-in style cuts to keep retention up.
Before we lock anything in: I'll need you to edit one free sample video first (I'll send over the raw clip) so I can see how you work and make sure our styles click. This isn't a "do 5 free videos to prove yourself" situation — just one sample edit so we're both confident before committing long-term.
