Lack of Communication-- Is This Normal?

I'm in the process of listing a car on BaT and am not impressed with the communication so far. I messaged them a basic question about photos 8 days ago and never heard back. I just called the phone number and left a message. The message said I would get a call back in a couple of days. I am wondering if I should list with Cars and Bids instead. At least when I called them, a human immediately answered the phone and answered my questions. For those of you who have sold a car on BaT, how was the communication throughout the process? I am not getting a great feeling at this point.

1992 5-Speed Wagon for Sale Soon in Massachusetts

I'm getting ready to part with my beloved 1992 Volvo 240 wagon.

Manual 5 speed transmission; tropic green with tan cloth interior.

The wagon has been in my family since 1999. It is a 2 owner car and with no accidents. In clean solid condition with some expected quirks for its age and not too much rust as it was garage kept for the past 17 years.

It has approximately 168,000 miles on the odometer.
