Dog ate chicken bone

I need help. Last night my dog ended up eating a chicken thigh and leg. Both pieces were completely gone with no traces so I am pretty sure she ate the bone along with it. I am currently freaking out because I cant not afford to take her to the vet. I need advice. I was told by a family friend who use to be a vet to give her 100% pumpkin from a can and monitor her bowel movements. Is this really all I can do? Is there anything else I can do to ensure she makes it through this? I am at such a low point in my life and I don't know what I'll do if I lose her so please any help will be great appreciated. I just want to give her the best couple years she has left and feel like I've completely failed her in every way.

Note: I understand I shouldn't own a dog if I can't afford to take her to the vet but I truly have nothing at the moment to take her. I am not trying to make an excuse, I know it's shitty. Due to recent events for the last couple years I have ended up draining my saving and am struggling just to survive. I have had her for 12 years now and she's a 55 pound Great Pyrenees and Siberian husky. This happened around 12 hours ago and so far she is acting normal.
