Suck Molt :(

My caribena versicolor sling seems to be stuck in Molt and has now reached the 10 hour mark. It looks like the carapace has popped off and the abdomen and started to split but nothing is actually out of the old Molt yet but I can’t see too much as it’s in its web tube trying to do it. Please can anyone give me some advise how to help the poor thing.

Alienware AW2723DF Stand

Don’t know if I’m just being stupid but I can’t seem to get these two bits at the bottom of the mounting plate to stay in place behind the quick release clips. As soon as pick the monitor up the tabs slide straight out of the clips. Can someone please help?
