Is there any chance I can save my Xbox Series S controller's right stick if this is it's idle position??

I've had this controller for ~3 years, and a similar idle position in my right stick for about 1.5 years, that almost instantly went from centered to how it is right now. I tried DriftGuard today for the first time, and it did little to nothing.

When I release the stick, it moves instantly below the center and then slowly goes upwards until it reaches a Y level in between -0.8 and -1.

Is it time to get a new controller, maybe Hall Effect joysticks, or maybe should I try blowing compressed air into the joystick?
