Changed the drive belt a month ago. No screeches for a month, then recently there’s a really loud screeching sound on start up and everytime I turn the wheel.
My feeling is it’s the alternator causing issues. What are your thoughts?
Power steering fluid is all good and at the correct level. Belts are all new.

Hi all. I have a 1986 560 SEL, I was going around a corner and hit a pothole. Shortly after that , the car lost power. It starts again but after a couple minutes it loses power once more. Inspected the fuse box but nothing seems wrong.
The fuel pump is making an electrical noise too. Like a buzzing sound. Any help?

The front two seats on my sel feel too bouncy. Doesn’t feel like they hold you well. Do the springs need replacing ? Or the pads in the seat

My euro spec 560 SEL has done 140,000 miles. There’s no previous history regarding the timing chains being replaced. How do I know if they’ve been replaced and if it’s time to get them changed. Would appreciate some guidance.
