Stylish yet practical PC case to use for home server?

So i've got a jellyfin server up and running from my primary PC, but I want to make the leap to a dedicated home server that can be on 24/7 and host more than just jellyfin. Looking around for an easy solution i did see a synology NAS that looked sleek but it's so expensive, and that's when I remembered I had an old PC i built a while ago collecting dust in my closet.

My issue:
My current case doesn't look great if I were to put it in my living room or even in my current office, and the case itself is older and not really meant to hold a lot of large HDDs (current one I have is an 8TB WD red plus NAS HDD). So i figured it's a lot cheaper to just buy a new PC case than get a ~500$ synology enclosure.

Best idea on where all the flies are coming from?

So the past summer or 2 ive been battling phorid flies and have no clue where they could be coming from, ive checked under every sink, in my fridge drip pan, under every couch and piece of furniture and have no clue where these little bastards are coming from. I'll kill at least 50 a day with an electric fly shatter, which is fun but not great when im watching TV and one flies in my nose, just recently too we've been getting about 6-7 common house flies that just spawn within the span of 5minutes in my downstairs, this has happened twice this week. Im wondering is it maybe my window's seal since my house is older? Or our upstairs is carpeted and we do have a dog, could some slobber have gotten on the rug and they breed on that? Honestly out of ideas for where they could be coming from

Ive been rocking a pair of Tozo earbuds i got like 8years ago off amazon and I liked them a lot, simple and effective. But they've been failing lately and figured its time to get new ones.

Ive seen the one plus 4 recommended a lot but they are also around 100$, which is a bit much but I dont mind spending thay if its worth it, though seeing the JBL at best buy on sale for 40$ im wondering if its worth the difference?

I primarily just use my earbuds working out or walking my dog, with walking the dog having transparency mode might be useful, i always feel weird being completely "deaf" in public, and I am by no means and audiophile.
