need help wiping gaming PC

so i’m not completely computer illiterate, i know a thing or two about computers. i’ve had a gaming PC for about 5 years or so and within the last year and a half i stopped using it as much. recently i wanted to get back on it but i wanted to do something like a full reset, deleting my files, apps and games, etc. i wouldn’t be losing anything important, thats why i made the decision to reset it. everytime i begin the reset process, it goes for a minute before saying “undoing changes” and going to a blue screen that says “there was a problem resetting your PC. no changes were made.”

i feel like ive tried everything i can to fix this but nothing works. please, someone smarter than me, what can i do to fix this error?

unfair workload?

maybe this happens to everyone at some point but i’ve been with best buy for close to two years. i’ve improved a significant amount since i started and im one of the better salesman in my store. recently ive been trained or coached, however you want to word it, on my soundbar attach, warranty in computing, etc. i’ve been trying my hardest and there’s been slight improvement but they’re still on my case about it. i believe on the month i have almost 20+ units out in both departments and most of the people i work with have close to 10 or less. because i’m one of the better salesman i’m always chosen first out of a group of us to help a customer. maybe i’m wrong but it frustrates me that they always choose me first before anyone else but also complain to me that my numbers aren’t good. it’s an uneven and unfair workload in my opinion because with the amount of units i sell they expect me to get everything under the sun on the sale when that’s not realistic at all. if anyone has thoughts or opinions about it let me know.
