Ripped out the viewfinder from my busted Minox 35 GT, then covered it in electrical tape and superglued it to a shoe from an old flash. Works great

My partner and I are doing a very brief trip to Yellowstone, just one night, where we’re planning on sleeping in my car on BLM land near West Yellowstone. I’m a little worried about bears, as all of the camping I have done has been in desert areas without bears. I’ve ordered a Bear Vault, and my plan is to put it 200 ft away from our campsite. Are there any other precautions I should take or things to keep in mind?
I’m sure I’m just being paranoid, and it’s just one night, but we’re moving to Washington state soon, and we’ll be camping in bear country a lot more, so I figure I should learn more about it.
