Surrendered neglected musk turtle

I was finally given ownership of a heavily neglected turtle that has lived the majority of its life without any lighting and only until recent has had a ubv dome light (ik they r not effective) their shell has lots of retained scutes. The temporary set up I just made for them is a 20 gallon tank. I'm currently saving up for the supplies that I need to give them a proper set up. I would really appreciate if anyone would be able to recommend me basically the highest quality lighting for them. Unfortunately, im limited to Amazon (ik not the best place for quality pet supplies) so if anyone has any links, I would be deeply grateful.

so far I have a filter and a heater already I am looking for any sort of lighting fixture that will be the best for a turtle who desperately needs vitamins

TLDR I need a Amazon recommendation for quality lighting for a neglected turtle

I found these inside of my frogs water bowl. I'm very worried that they are leeches(they make more sense to be some sort of fly larvae, but I need to make sure) . I don't know how they would get there in the first place if thy where leeches.
