FYI there is a brand new Radiator on the Bike with a Fresh Coolant Flush. I left the Bike to idle and the fans turn on at 217 temp then it stays and bounce at 225-226 temp and does not goes down or up. I have a New Thermostat and Temperature sensor on the bike already, my oil system is not Milky. What can be the issue for Over Heating?

I've attached a manual fan switch with relay and fuse and also delete the cat with a SC Project Exhaust, brand new chain and sproket, and a new Rear Brake Rotor upgrade. This is my 2014 GSXR 600. Let me see how yours look and whats the upgrades you've did.
