Increase in NAV and NO DEBT

One of the best takeaways from the call is the increase in NAV, along with the fact that the company has no debt. It’s incredible to see a micro-cap company with zero debt.

Disable Stock Lending

I saw $15 credit in interest payment. It made me curious and realized that stock lending was turned on for my Robinhood account since the last update. Please check your account and disable stock lending. By keeping this enabled, you’re essentially working against your own interests.

I just disabled mine.

Dividend

Robinhood users, including myself, still haven’t received our dividend payments. Based on what I’ve seen here and on X, it appears that users with Schwab, Fidelity, and Trading 212 have already received theirs. I’m not sure what’s causing the delay with Robinhood.

Not Buying Until Earnings

I’m not adding any more until we get the next catalyst or a strong earnings report. I want to know how many shares they bought back and retired.

I’m currently down about 70% on my investment, although I’ve managed to lower my average cost from $9 to $3.50.

Given the current situation, I wouldn’t be surprised to see $SRXH trade in the $1.20–$1.50 range before it finds support. EJ mentioned that other hedge funds are interested in testing the EMJX model, so let’s see how that develops.

EOY Price Target - $SRXH

What do you all think?

My realistic price target is around $7, provided SRX can show stronger returns on its investments and insiders/management don’t sell significant amounts of stock once the 6-month lock-up period expires.

As of June 30, the company’s NAV was $3.07 per share, so each share is backed by that level of net asset value.

If the share repurchase program is completed as expected and the company continues to execute well, I believe $7-$8 is a reasonable target.

Strong finish today

$SRXH was down as much as 15% at the day’s low but finished the session up 4%.

In my view, the $2.00–$2.25 range is shaping up as the new base. Let’s see if it can continue building support from here and move up.

Back in Green 🚀

Around 12:25 to 12:50, several large buy orders came through, totaling nearly 300K shares. May be management repurchasing the stock. Waiting for super 8K at some point on how much have they bought

This Subreddit $SRXH

First, people were complaining that they weren’t hearing anything from management or Eric Jackson. Now management has started communicating and even hosted a webinar, yet people are still complaining.
No stock goes up in a straight line. This is a micro-cap stock, so it takes time for company progress to be reflected in the share price. Have some patience and let management execute their plan before expecting immediate results.

Nice Recovery Today

Stock is up 25% for the day. I guess people are taking in position before the fireside chat tomorrow with Eric Jackson and CEO Kent Cunningham. I believe we should see $3.20 to $3.30 tomorrow.
