Looks like we’re getting lots of rain. Not sure whether to put them on the covered porch or not

Is this normal or a sign of something? I see spider webs on this tree (not spider mite webs but geometrical webs) a lot if that is relevant.

I fertilize with superthrive pro foliage liquid fert 1/4tsp per gallon

This one has new growth all around and almost half of them look like the ones pictured above

I was in a hurry and not interested in buying one of these so I didn’t check the tags. But does anyone know what kind of Japanese Maple this is? It has bright red young branches. They look grafted as well. I wasn’t aware most japanese maples are grafted like this! Y’all think these are on dwarfing rootstock or something?

Ik it looks very bad. I dont even know where to start. On the upside, I found some really cute, tiny, yellow and blue flowers in our existing grass.

Any advice welcome. HOA is on our ass. And I totally get it. Would like to resolve this without spending an arm and a leg
