Thoughts on this neighborhood layout?

Essentially, I've built a neighborhood in Cities: Skylines based on one from my own city, which I think is very beautiful and technically interesting. I'd love to get your thoughts on the layout, as it's not an exact replica and I took some creative liberties to adapt it. If you have any feedback or suggestions for improvement, please share them and I'll gladly implement them

Which steering wheel do you recommend?

Hi everyone, I came to this sub to ask which of these Moza steering wheels you would recommend, but first, a bit of context. It turns out I'm thinking about buying an F1/WEC/GT style wheel—whatever you want to call it. Right now, I'm using that 60-euro wheel rim, I think it's called the 'ES' wheel. Well, after watching a lot of reviews and videos, it's still not clear to me which one I should buy. I was mainly looking at the KS and KS Pro as my top options, since I don't have the budget for an FSR, and I haven't looked into the GS V2P at all. The thing is, I've seen a lot of people both complaining about and praising these two wheels.

What I want to ask you is: what would you recommend? I like the KS because it has plenty of buttons and two paddles, and right now I want to start managing more car settings like brake bias, ABS, TC, differential, etc... So a wheel with a lot of buttons would be great for me. On the other hand, the KS Pro has almost the same features but with even more buttons and that screen, which honestly looks pretty tempting. Could you tell me which one is the 'best'? In terms of looks, I'd probably go with the KS since it reminds me of the 2012 open-wheelers, but I don't know if the Pro is more highly recommended. I'm just looking for technical details here. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! 🙏🏻
