Am I Overreacting

TLDR; Wrote a bad review about a nice professor.

This semester I took a class that I struggled with, I usually have As in every class I take, but in this one I failed the midterm. The midterm was replaced with two tests because an ongoing war in my country so I failed both tests. The professor was a really nice man, who would talk to me and check on me because I was not doing well in the class.
When doing the end-of-semester course feedback evaluation, I wrote a bad review saying the midterm was hard which caused a lot of students to fail. My point was to criticize the decision to cancel the midterm and replace it with two tests, then making the tests as hard as a midterm. Although I said “I don’t blame the professor” still felt like I did because it came out as passive aggressive.
I go to a private university where classes are not big so although it’s anonymous he might know I wrote it, because I mentioned I am a straight A student who failed two tests, he can easily narrow it down.
After the grades were out, I felt like he clearly raised my grade, and even before the grades were posted I started feeling guilty that I wrote a bad review.
It’s been a couple of days and it’s all I am thinking about. I feel awful. Am I overreacting?
