Does this anua azelaic acid serum seem legit?

Hello! I just bought this anua azelaic acid serum for the first time and I'm not sure if it's legit because the packaging looks different from what I've seen. I ordered from the website 'cosibella' (it's polish, seems legit). Just want to make sure, thanks!

[Acne] Skin's worst it's ever been, helpless

Hello, I'm 18F and the first three pictures are how my skin looks right now. I'm completely helpless. The fourth picture was taken about a month ago, because i thought my skin was really bad (boy do i wish it looked like that right now). I've had acne for a few years, mostly blackheads, texture, closed comodones, but for about a year now I've been getting these large, deep cysts mostly on my cheeks, but also other places on my face, and i can't do anything about it.

My skincare: AM Round Lab dokdo cleanser Skin1004 centella ampoule Purito oat-in calming gel Skin1004 Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit sunscreen

PM is the same without sunscreen Sometimes i mix a few drops of tea tree oil with my moisturizer and use it like a spot treatment, it seems to help a tiny bit but not a lot.

It's really simple, because I've tried to not out many things on my face, just the basics. I used to use the la roche posay micro exfoliating cleanser twice a day for a very long time, but I've stopped that and changed to a gentler cleanser, but i honestly haven't notices that much of a change, maybe my skin is a bit more hydrated. I've also gone to the dermatologist who prescribed me a medical cream, but i basically got a chemical burn from that lol. I also have some scars and uneven skintone, but I'd like to get rid of the active acne first. I feel like this is hormonal or stress related or something, but i just don't know what i should do. I'd really love some advice or help on what i could try because my skin is getting worse when I'm changing nothing🥺
