Service Line Cut due to Construction

My neighborhood in MA has a widespread construction project going on that is working on a tight timeline that involves many moving pieces. DigSafe was properly contacted prior and XFinity marked their lines accordingly. Unsurprisingly, an Xfinity service line was located at a 6 inch depth, when the requirement is 18 inches. As a result of this large discrepancy, the service line was accidentally cut by construction this morning. Phone, cable, and internet service is all down completely.

I called the 1-800 number, spent 2.5 hours on the phone and spoke to a supervisor, but could not get any farther. They only agreed to send someone out in 48+ hours. This strongly impacts the construction project, in addition to my house's service. Is there any way to get more timely support, especially given this is Xfinity's mistake?

Have a reservation at Hotel Viking next weekend for a wedding. They are supposedly opening that weekend for the first time post their major renovations. Anyone have any intel on how that went? My only other option is the Marriott, which is more expensive, but possibly a safer bet in terms of experience?
