OPD Cart Bottle Holder

-----------------------------------

Water bottle holder for the printer holder

Also hold things like batteries!!!!

If we don't have enough anyways, might as well use that space for something!!!!!

OPD Cart Bag Holder & Tote Scan Labels

-----------------------------------

Picking Additions that make this tolerable.

QR Tokens 1-8

Dead simple tokens that simply sit on the edge of the tray or on the top of cart. They sit neatly in between squares.

If you have a vertical mount that allows distance between your phone and camera you can put it in the squares and chain items to the same tote. Just put item in front of camera, hit scan, move and bag, tote gets scanned.

Just know they are a pain for initial time cost, filling, sanding, and finishing takes a lot of time.

Hangers

Just simple hooks that clamp on and allow you to put small items into the bags, single bagging items and minimizing moving around your cart.

Required hardware

  • 1x per hanger M3 nut, screw, washer

OPD Cart Label Upgrade-Fixes

-----------------------------------

Changes that I tried previously and wanted to either fix or remake cause boredom and wanted to. (Just wanted to try them in a new cad suite)

Tape Separator

Just a thin separator that hook around the front and keep the rolls from rolling the others.

Actually goes around it properly this time...

Rod Clips

Clip to keep the rod from bouncing out, makes the previous one actually stay in place.

Sticker Separator

Cause I hate having the slots without the defining feature of them, actually removing the sticker

Both normal and inverted are in the set/photos. The inverse causes the cart to roll the least while having less control while the normal one is the most controlled one.

Normal dispenses stickers towards the round bar and starts in the bottom slot.

Inverse dispense towards the tape cutter and start at the top.

Required Hardware

  • Double sided tape, preferably 3M, used the 0.5"×18ft 5925 tape in particular.

Optional Hardware | Seems like the slot is enough

  • 4x M4 spring set screw, set to barely have tension on a blank backing.

.... Sticker Cutter ....

Likely a failure, uses either paste like blue tack or thin tape to adhere.

Only one properly fit, all the other ones were bent to heck.

6 Totes was always the way, why did we ever do 8?

The carts are a modified version of a standard cart that Winholt sells. It was only designed to carry 6 totes. Don't know how or when the 8 totes became a thing. M# ALTPC-2536-MO

Just don't get this whole pulling fiasco cause retrospectively it shouldn't have happened in the first place if we followed how the manufactures expects their products used.

Keep seeing people complain about it and have found the cart online previously, kinda shocked no one has mentioned this already.
Honestly want to see how it handles with the new wheels before I try complaining, I tried pulling from the handles previously and it was unstable, let see how it feels lol.

OPD Cart Trash Clip

Simple holder for the trash on OPD Carts.

Thin one:

  • Installing inside is a bit looser, it is more conveinennt when putting them closer together.
    • The angled slope will be worse for holding the bag in as well...

Inside one:

  • This is made to remedy the thin ones short comings when installing it inside
  • It allows the bag to self clamp onto the cart

OPD Cart Bag Holder V2

Anyone saying anything about wasting time, these go on/off in seconds and allows you do a few things, stay at your carts handle longer and *keep your stickers reeled up.
*Only if your know EXACTLY how you sticker your cart.

Plus this is a way to get rid of excess hardware and try out some new abrasives/tooling I got. Holders/pictures of such on other models uploaded~~

Simple bag holders for the carts. Got them numbered 1-8 with QR codes, allows you to scan the holder rather than to the tote. Allowing you to put your stickers anywhere and have a central location to scan.

V2 was made much thicker and added an external spring* for holding on. Plus after purging most my printed stuff from the store, I realized I missed these, so made it better.

* Bought the wrong hardware for a task sooooo......

Was made when using 8 totes, will keep both for legacy and potential for it to return that way.

The thickness of qr code and number plate is just right for uv resin, expoxy and other resin would work but because I resin print most my part, its more compatable and plentiful.

Should be printed with black and filled with white.... The AI scanner was only trained on white QR codes..... Shocker..... At least from what I've tried so far.

Required Hardware

  • Per Label (8 total):
    • 1 M2x12mm screw
    • 1 M4x6mm spring ball screw Link
    • 1 ~3mm thick hook Link
    • ~.1-.5ml of colored resin

Assembly Instructions

  1. Print the parts
  2. Fill QR code and backing
  3. Sand flat, careful to just get it, the layer is thin.
    • if using UV, any overflow past the base level of the infill parts will be liquid, sand and cure often.
  4. Install the hooks, can be done in place or pull off the rubber and slip it into place
  5. Install the 4 mm spring ball screw at the bottom.
  6. Clip onto the cart.
