Can i back out of a financed car deal if i haven't taken possession yet. I signed break down coverage and i think a bill of sale but they day after asked i signed i asked to rescind the deal and have asked daily for 2 weeks yet today they tried to take payment and still haven't delivered the vehicle

(Alberta, Canada) My vehicle broke down and so i did some car shopping, i have relatively low credit so they came back with a different vehicle that i didn't want but they made it seem great. Im dumb and young (22) and a first time car buyer so i signed one set of papers stating i would trade in my truck for the new vehicle and upon delivery i would sign the rest of the papers but a few days later before any payments or vehicle transfers took place i decided to back out. I messaged my dealer and asked to cancel the transaction and he kind of skid his feet before saying the sales manager would call. Fast forward a week of daily messages and calls they still aren't wanting to cancel the deal. And i (i know stupid) privately sold the truck for trade and cash on a vehicle that suited me better. Problem is they now 2 weeks later are saying they finalized everything and cant back out and the first payment just tried to come out. Am i stuck paying for this vehicle that i will rarely be able to use.
