I’m curious if empaths are more sensitive to the help this can provide? I’m still learning things about myself since I finally accepted that I’m an empath. I hope this makes sense.

Hi I haven’t had fish in a while so I’m setting up a new tank. I’m going to do a fishless cycle but my question is should I add plants right away? I’m going to have a planted tank for my betta so it’ll have lots of them but I wasn’t sure if I should start off at the begginjng with them or add them a little at a time.
