For casual runners, why do you run?

Whats your goal in running?

Been reading a lot of articles, and ang sabi is 150minutes a week of mod intensity workout like running suffices to reduce cardiovascular risk by 8-9% as per studies

A recent journal naman says 560-610minutes moderate exercise per week provides substantial protection.

Just wanted to get some insight from fellow casual runners. Hehe. And if gaano ba kadalas kayo mag-run sa isang linggo and how long/how far (depends sainyo kung ano yung mas prefer ninyong itake into consideration) kayo nagrrun per week?

Do you run for fun, or do you run purposefully with such studies in mind? Or am I just overthinking.. I guess we run because we can?

Ive incorporated running into my everyday life. Been running for atleast an hour everyday for the past year. And Ive never felt better!!

Then I just thought, will I be able to do this everyday for the rest of my life? Whats my goal? So ayun lang. Wanted to share lang na narealize ko, I should run purposefully. Hahaha. Goal is to be a healthy old woman in the future, yung walang comorbids, maayos ang pag iisip, hindi need ng tungkod for as long as possible. 🙆

I love the effort, i love how people show up for theirselves. You inspire me!!
