I have tried:

Resetting my xbox series S

Logging in and out of my account

Checking my bank (it shows the purchase has been made)

Checked order history (doesn't show up)

Tried refunding (doesn't show up in order history)

Restarting xbox

Checked on my accounts library and order history on my laptop and phone

Tried microsoft support forums

I haven't contacted microsoft support yet

I have proof of purchase but it doesn't show up on xbox, only my bank.

Any help, advice or people saying they have the same problem would be very appreciated
