Hinsdale downtown - bike trails without a trailer

what are some good trails I can realistically get to by bike from downtown Hinsdale without having to haul the bike in a trailer?

I’m totally fine riding on the street to get there, as long as I’m not putting myself in a sketchy situation trying to cross some major road or highway.

I keep hearing about Salt Creek, Centennial, Cal-Sag, etc., but I’m having a hard time mapping it all out and figuring out which trailheads/connectors are actually reachable from Hinsdale solely by bike.

Would love to hear from anyone who regularly rides from the Hinsdale/Burr Ridge/Willowbrook area

Closing NRE/NRO accounts

Looking for some advice.
I’ve been trying to close my NRE and NRO accounts at my local bank in India, but every time I visit the branch they come up with a new excuse or ask me to come back later. Since I live overseas, it’s becoming a real hassle.
I’ll be in India soon and want to get this done once and for all. If they delay again, what’s the best way to escalate the issue? Any RBI guidelines or complaint process I should be aware of?
Thanks!

Maintaining classic cars and bikes for NRI’s. Looking for reliable caretaker

Does anyone know of a reliable service in Mangalore that maintains classic cars and bikes for owners living abroad?

I have a 40+ year-old Bullet and an older Toyota SUV, and it’s becoming difficult to keep up with maintenance from overseas. Looking for recommendations. Thanks!

Boutique apartment near Richards park

Looking for some advice from those familiar with Central Bangalore, especially the Richards Park/Richards Town area.

I’m considering buying a boutique 4-bedroom apartment (around 2,000 sq. ft.) in a low-rise development with just 14 apartments by SKAAV. The quoted price is approximately ₹14,000 per sq. ft.
I’d love to hear from anyone who knows the area or has experience with SKAAV as a developer.
How do you rate Richards Park as a long-term residential location?

GO Fest Chicago This Weekend: Worth It for a 7-Year-Old?

My 7-year-old son is absolutely obsessed with Pokémon GO, and we’re thinking about attending Pokémon GO Fest in Chicago this coming weekend.

When I look at the ticket options, I see a couple of different choices and I’m not sure which one makes the most sense for a young kid. For those of you who have attended before, which option would you recommend for a parent going with a Pokémon-crazy 7-year-old?

I’d also love any tips or tricks for first-timers:

Any kid-specific advice?

Is the event worth it for a younger player?

And if there’s a better subreddit to ask this question (maybe a Pokémon GO-specific community), I’d appreciate that recommendation as well.
Thanks!

Old Apartment on Old Madras Road

I have a ~25-year-old ground floor apartment located right behind Gopalan Mall on Old Madras Road. It’s a very spacious unit, over 1,600 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, plus an additional ~600 sq ft private garden area.

Currently, I’m only getting around ₹42K/month in rent, and I know I’m probably underpriced. Curious to hear from folks familiar with the area, roughly how underpriced do you think this is in today’s market?

Also thinking long term: would you hold on to a property like this for rental appreciation/redevelopment potential, or consider selling and reinvesting elsewhere?

Would appreciate any insights from people with experience in Bangalore real estate.
Edit; fixed the sq ft typo
