I was 20km short of completing the Assos challenge after cramping on the last day.

“Quick Pro is a corny name”

I said, until I saw one at a local bike race.

And my immediate reaction was OMG they’re riding a Quick Pro how cool!

Jury’s still out on whether I’ll have the same reaction to seeing a Yoeleo though.

How often do you have to stop and start on your ride?

My city's blocks are roughly 100m long so I feel like I'm constantly stopping and waiting for lights.

Curious how many people (especially the Europeans when they wake up) have smooth continuous rides to work, or if your ride to work is very urban.

EDIT: Tioga is still officially closed to cyclists.

I want to head out to Yosemite to ride Tioga Glacier Point Road all Saturday, and curious who will be out there.

Mainly just want to say hey to people at the start or along the route, so it doesn’t feel like I’m alone in the wilderness 😭

My commute to work is about 11km (7 miles) and I have a bad habit of skipping breakfast.

This morning I felt terrible and wondering what’s a good breakfast that won’t make me feel too heavy in the morning?
