Do I have to Replace this touchscreen with another Touchscreen?

The screen underneath works just fine as is but I'd like to Replace it at some point and i wonder if i NEED to get a Touchscreen for it or if i can get the cheaper non touch option because i don't really use the Touchscreen anyway to be honest (I also got this Notebook quite cheap because of the cracked screen btw)

How does Windows 10 run on Intels Hybrid CPUs? (12th gen +)

I got a Laptop with an i5 1235u (10c 12t) and im curious how Windows 10 handles these CPUs because it currently runns Windows 11 but like.... 11 aint great tbh
