Hi all,
My lease was one year which is coming to end in august 2026. The landlord wants me to move out as they want to move in their daughter.
Does that mean he needs to give me N12? And if he owes me rent how much?
I can move out as the rent is high but if he owes me money then I want to bring it up to his awareness and get my money back.
I was wronged by someone and got betrayed.. they used me.. and now i have the opportunity to get back at them.. should I do it? Sometimes I think it will give me peace of mind but other times I think let karma do its thing.. people who have been in my situation what would you recommend?
A little bg: They were a close friend, used me as their therapist, slept with me and then triangulated me.. also broke their promise to meet me one last time to discuss things or to end it.
I can’t find a full time job and waiting on my PR . The score is not dropping and only have 4 months left on my permit. Should I leave now or wait for it?
Been here for 8 years but the government keeps changing policies.
