Someone in a group I saw on Facebook posted these food and drink menus from the Glen Island Casino. These are from the summer of 1939 when Glenn Miller was the headliner there! 🎶🍸🥃
This entire strategy revolved around one thing: making Aegislash the slowest Mon on the field. I accomplished this by having it hold an Iron Ball (it was already weak to Ground, so that didn’t really make a difference), giving it 0 speed IVs, and even giving him a speed-lowering nature (I used a Relaxed Mint on it).
Being slow is really beneficial for Aegislash even outside of Trick Room. Since it doesn’t switch to Blade Forme until it attacks, it’s still in its Shield Forme at the beginning of the turn, so it can tank even super-effective hits like a champ. Then it does massive damage in its Blade Forme, and then can immediately switch back to Shield Forme on the next turn with priority King’s Shield. I made sure to make Pridwen as slow as possible so that it was guaranteed to move second on its attacking turns. I had so much fun using my all-time favorite Pokémon in this run!

I’m sure it’s just because I’m biased and got really attached to this team, but the duo of Creed (Annihilape) and Genji (Ninjask) just sounds so badass to me!
As soon as I found out one of the Elite 4 had a Mega Falinks, you know I had to go Megazord vs. Megazord!
This shiny came from the FIRST Dome Fossil I revived! I now reject Helix and pledge myself to Dome from now on!
