Can anybody tell me how his artifacts are looking and what I should change?

Can anybody tell me how his artifacts are looking and what I should change?

I've had him since Luna 1 but I still feel like his build is not as good as my other carry's, my Neuvillette, despite having spent just as much resin building him (don't mind the talents, I have the materials but not the mora for it)

Can anyone give me some pointers? His team is c0r1 Ineffa, c1 Columbina on Pr.Amber and c6 Sucrose on Sumeru gacha.

My 1920s boarding school is finally on the Gallery! Ea ID:Simmy9998

I finally managed to upload this massive beast of a build on the Gallery!

It's a residential lot made to house eight students and several staff and facutly members. As I will use it for my personal Decades challenge savefile, this lot has little to no technology (the children have a radio they can listen to and I also gave them a cinema of sorts since 1920s saw the advent of longer form movies) but there are several rooms that can be converted to computer labs if you so wish.

It's completely CC free but I have a ton of packs so beware of that.

I finally have all the RR eeveelutions

Can you believe that I pulled none of these myself?

I got the Jolteon from WP and the rest for trades. Three of these I got for my FA Milotic dupes when that pack first came out. And for one of these I traded an Oak dupe, guess for which one!

Update on my 1920s boarding school

This is the same build that I shared in my previous posts, I've been working on it for some time now and many rooms are furnished and ready to be used.

Aside from the rooms I've chosen to showcase in this post, the school also has a gym, an indoor pool, several bedrooms for the teaching staff and a dormitory for the cleaning, cooking and gardening staff, a ballroom, a fully furnished kitchen and laundry room and two gender-based dormitories for the children ready to be used. Once I finish this it will be on the gallery but for the time being it's still not ready.

How's it coming along in your opinion?

I might have bitten off more than I can chew haha

I've redone this shell three times already, it's supposed to be a prestigious boarding school of sorts but I've been working on it on and off for a while, I'll need it soon and the roof is still messed up and I have no floorplan, I am going crazy 🤣 this is why I hardly ever build!

After which year does a water home birth make sense?

It recently occurred to me that I haven't done a pool home birth since I first started using realistic childbirth years ago.

I have a sim that would do that but I am currently starting in 1922 and I'm unsure if it would be time appropriate, what do you think?

The Hoffman Legacy - Repaying the debt

It seems Charlotte doesn't hate taking lives as much as she thought she would! Who knows if that's a good or a bad thing.

And if anybody wants to know, Morgana was actually reading a romance novel because that's what she chose from the bookcase.

Anyway next up we are closing the 1910s with Joseph's first job assignment. See you!

The Hoffman Legacy - Reunited in death

The Hoffmans' family tree, now updated to 1918

I know it hasn't even been a day since my last post but I really wanted to share this!

So first of all: RIP Mary Hoffman, 1870-1918

Mary's death is literally the last thing I screenshotted before my surgery and you can tell I was in a rush by the fact that Grim is still hanging around in the mausoleum lol.

I was shocked when I first rolled Mary's death, especially because it was paired with Elizabeth's and (possibly) Alexander, whom I was convinced would be the first one to test the new pleading system haha. Thankfully HC Redux took pity on me, but no worries, we will need pleading very soon. Very soon.

Next up, we're going to Charlotte's to see how she's dealing with all the losses! See you!

The Hoffman Legacy - A horrible start to 1918

The Hoffmans' family tree!

Hey everyone, we are finally in 1918 and the first global conflict will soon come to an end, and we are quickly catching up to what I screenshotted before my surgery on the 9th of June!

I have barely played this savefile since then, I only opened the game to take some screenshots again because my dumb ass took some ugly ones and, very recently, to advance the plot a little bit (I am in 1921 right now).

Disclaimer: as I am an absolute buffoon, I completely forgot that the Spanish flu lasted three years and thus killed all the people in 1918, so all the deaths for the Hoffman Legacy will take place in 1918. We aren't done with them yet, though.

If you've forgotten who these people who died are:

Guinevere is Matilda's best friend, daughter of Mary's late best friend who died in childbirth.

Gerald is Guinevere's half brother from her late father and late stepmother, who both died off screen and I have no idea when.

Maeve is Gordon's little sister, who was sheltered due to her weak health.

Alexander is, of course, Matilda's son and our heir August's nephew.

Lady Vane is Garrett's mother.

Next up, our future heir Violet turns two and her dad throws her a party, but it doesn't go as planned. See you!

The Hoffman Legacy - Going forward without him

In case you didn't recognize the soldier going home, that's Elizabeth's brother, Elijah! He made it out in one piece, more or less.

His father is still at war, though.

Next episode will take place in 1918, because just as the bloodshed starts to dwindle on the battlefield, a dangerous threat, supposedly coming from Spain, has started to spread from house to house...

The Hoffman Legacy - Joseph's first love

The Hoffmans' family tree!

For those who saw my post about the "sleeping with the fishes" girl, that's Cassandra!

Next up, Joseph gets scummier and his love life gets messier.

Afterwards, we go back to Charlotte's for the twins' second birthday. Bye!

I think my matriarch is enjoying being a grandma

The little one, Violet, has no mom because she died of childbirth complications. Her dad's mother, Mary, moved in to help with the house and the baby and she loves the baby so much, she raised six kids was a great mom and yet I don't think she ever hovered over one of her infants as much as she hovers around her grandbaby. It may be because she lost her husband recently but it feels like she's being extra loving to little Violet.

If you're curious about my family lore, you can find their family tree here

The Hoffman Legacy - The fate of Gordon McCloud

The Hoffmans' family tree!

Gordon is back home! He's the first of my sims to be saved from the war. This year of 1917 will reveal the fate of other people, including Elizabeth's brother and Charlotte's husband. But before that, next episode we'll see the twins age up! See you!

(CW: De*th) The Hoffman Legacy - A tragic birth

Third time trying to upload this, I hope it doesn't get automatically removed again, I think I censored everything 😭

The Hoffmans' family tree!

Hey everyone! I'm back from my cruise and I rushed to get this ready. Since I won't be home much tomorrow I'll publish it today.

First of all: RIP Elizabeth Pederson, 1895-1916

She was 21, my poor girl.

If you're wondering where that roll came from, it happened on her birthday and what she rolled is exclusive to postpartum complications in Healthcare Redux.

Also, just so you know, even if she had survived this she would have passed in 1918 from the flu because I pre-rolled for that.

Next up I think we're (EDIT) going to Matilda's to find out Gordon'd fate, and then we're watching the twins age up into teens! See you!

The Hoffman Legacy - The end of a patriarch

The Hoffmans' family tree

Robert was the first man whose fate I rolled, so I thought it would be fitting if he went first.

NGL, I was hoping he would come back and was very disappointed by his roll, but the wheel was way too kind for the Hoffmans and ig she had to claim some lives at some point.

Rip Robert Hoffman, 1867-1916.

(I'm sorry I got his age wrong in the war post, I realized that for my DC's aging system my sims become elders ar 50, not at 60 like in my other savefiles. He was 47 not 57)

Help me come up with consequences for my DC's witchy trades!

Hey everyone! I am doing a DC with wheel spins and I admit I didn't know about witchy trades.

I am making a wheel for them, but I'm struggling to come up with consequences.

So far I have:

Infertility (both temporary and permanent)

Chronic illnesses

Permanent injuries (includes burns, scars, limping or even loss of senses)

Loss of a certain amount of years (between 5 and 20)

Death in the next life stage

Would you like to help me and suggest more consequences?

The Hoffman Legacy - Twin babies

The Hoffman's family tree, now updated with the twins!

Charlotte is a mom! And before August and Elizabeth, too. But their baby will come soon too, just be patient and wait for me to be back home so I can get the pictures from my pc lol.

Anyway, meet the twins! I was shocked when I saw the second baby's pop-up, but I'm glad they had a boy and a girl.

Also, when it comes to twins, I roll the wheel for both babies and mom gets the worst outcome, but the twins had the exact same roll.

The Hoffman Legacy - Of pregnancy and war

The Hoffmans' family tree!

I'm leaving to get on my ship in a bit so I figured I'd leave this here! Aside from this post I have the one when the baby is born, one of Charlotte's life as a mom and one set in Chestnut ridge ready, so no updates from August for a bit.

>!Also I hope you guys said goodbye to Garrett lol!<
