Will AAA tow you from the mountains back to Denver?
Thinking of getting a membership for the summer since I have a lot of mountain trips planned with a 27 year old 4runner.
It runs like a dream but just to err on the side of caution, I want to be covered in case anything goes wrong.
With that said, does AAA tow to wherever you want? I know after a certain distance they charge by the mile but has anyone had experience getting towed from say Dillon back to Denver? If so did it end up draining your bank account?
Just trying to justify paying for it for a few months until my summer trips are over
Thanks!
How is the carrier sales market compared to mid/late 2022?
I did about 3 years as a carrier sales broker and in Jan 2023, I made a switch to corporate international logistics (containers and airfreight). Has the US domestic OTR market gotten any better since late 2022? I was making really good money when I started, then COVID hit and I was essentially just making the base salary which is why I chose to leave. Believe it or not though, I liked doing it more than what I do now. Something about unlimited commission and essentially building my own business under a broker gave me a big motivation boost that I just don’t have on a standard, cut and dried salary. So with that said, can anyone chime in on if bookings/margins are easier compared to how they were coming out of covid? Thanks in advance!
