What is this being built by Milton Keynes Area?

I saw this today over by Milton Keynes and it kept going on for miles and miles but it was all just construction work so I have no idea what it is.

I assume it’s either a motorway being built or maybe a trainline to up north/midlands? Possibly HS2 or is that a completely different area?

Edit: For People asking exactly where I was, it was by Turweston Aerodrome, Brackley. Which is west of Milton Keynes

For pilots who have flown both these aircraft, how do the cruise speeds compare and which one do you prefer?

I’m looking for an aircraft for longer flights in the UK and my club has both these aircraft available. The PA32 has way nicer avionics (G3X and GTN750) but is pricier than the Arrow (Dual G5 and GNS430).

I’m just wondering which ones other people prefer to fly as well as which one is faster?

Hi, I’m interested in getting back into MSFS, particularly the Fenix but also some GA aircraft.

Is it worth the extra money to get a VR capable PC or should I stick to just getting a solid flat screen experience for cheaper.

I’ve never tried VR before so am just wondering how good it is or if the novelty wears off after a while?

It seems like a good deal to me. MOT was done In February with no advisories at all, apart from a couple of small things that have been fixed.

Would picking this up be a mistake? I drive about 10k miles a year majority motorway journeys

Any advice really appreciated as never owned a BMW before
