I remember the last time, distribution of food packs from dswd na naka box just like that. We went to bbnhs very early, Dami nang nakapila and the trucks were all settled, for distribution nalang. They won't distribute it yet dahil wala pa daw si mayor and the shenanigans lmao. When they're done picture taking, sibat na sila.
