What is up with Jackie’s funeral scene

I never understood why everyone was so casual about meadow throwing bread at junior. Also I don’t understand why they dub a load of different songs over junior singing at the end.

Corporate Culture

I've reached my limit after working in private sector in tech for 10 years. I'm wondering how prevalent corporate BS is in civil service IT departments? I really don't want to sit on meetings all day anymore about 90% nonsense.

Why is the research on microdosing mostly inconclusive compared to macrodosing?

I see so many great reviews on here of the long term effects of microdosing but the research seems to be inconclusive on it.

Starting again after long break

I’ve microdosed in the past but never noticed much effect other than a bit of irritability. I was thinking of doing stamets with 200mg a day, is this too much? Not sure if fadiman at a lower dose is better to start with.

Has anyone here managed to get over corporate job existential dread without changing careers?

I've reached my limit after 10 years but I just can't change careers realistically for another 5 years. Has anyone managed to get through it while staying in their corporate job? Like I genuinely couldn't give a fcuk about my job and am struggling to even pretend at this stage.

Why didn't Gary Deegan have a better career?

I know he is a controversial character but I'm still surprised he didn't play championship football at least for the majority of his career.

Capsule Making Kit

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a good capsule making kit? Also is a strong grinder needed? Currently I've just been grinding in a weed grinder.

Golden Dose

I just did my fourth 2.5mg dose and can see there is still some left in the pen and mybmi sent me 5 needles. Is it possible to inject the golden dose with one of their needles or does it need to be extracted from the pen before injecting?

Wife's Tax Credits

My wife has been out of work for roughly 5 years and in that time I have been using her tax credits. My salary is 71k plus 9k bonus. She is starting a job now on 32k. I'm just wondering if it is beneficial to continue using her credits as I am in the higher tax bracket? Thanks.

Food noise returning

I took my first 2.5mg 10 days ago and noticed that food noise was mostly gone for the first 5 days or so. Since taking my second 2.5mg dose I haven’t noticed this and have been eating a lot of junk still. Just wondering if this is normal as it builds in your body or if there are things I should be doing to speed up the effects of the drug.

MyBMI consultation delay

I applied on Sunday and got a message today to say they couldn't judge my weight from the photo given, so I had to upload another one with my weight on a scale and todays date. Just wondering does this typically mean I go back to the start of the que again?

MyBMI Time to process order

I paid for my first consultation on Sunday evening and haven't heard anything since. I'm wondering if there's a typical waiting time for the pharmacy to send the invoice or if it fluctuates for people every month?

My BMI payment

I just signed up there using a referral code but only had to pay 85 euro for the 2.5mg dose. When do I pay for the consultation?

Alternatives to MyBMI.

Hi, my wife and I are going to start Mounjaro and looking at Smartscript.ie, it's 20 euro for the prescription and then whatever the pharmacy charges for the monthly dose. Someone else recommended weightlossinjections.ie so I'm wondering why most on here seem to use MyBMI when it is a lot dearer? Thanks.

Thinking of starting but wondering if anything better is coming soon

I considered Ozempic about 3 years ago but ended up doing keto and fasting and dropped from 108kg to 94kg in three months. I stalled then but managed to maintain 96kg for about two years but in the last 6 months I've gone back up to 105k and just can't be dealing with it anymore. I will hold off for 6 months if either a cheaper or a better alternative is coming out, so just wanted to check here. Thanks.

Golden Circle opened

My wife and daughter were at Katy Perry last night in the golden circle and about half an hour in there was a huge rush of people who knocked over my five year old. Do they tend to allow people into the golden circle if it's not full enough or would this have been people jumping over the barrier?

Electrolyte consumption over time

I’m wondering if long term keto followers still have to take the daily recommended dose of electrolytes or are you able to reduce the amounts eventually and still feel ok on keto?

I find it very hard to get them all in and also get diarrhoea from them regularly.

How do people maintain it?

I did keto and fasting two years ago and went from 108kg to 94kg but then stalled. I hovered from 94 to 98kg for two years but in the last 6 months went back up to 106kg. I don’t want to have to repeat this cycle forever. When I stayed below 100kg for 2 years I thought that would be my new standard weight.

Switching Mortgage

I bought my house nearly five years ago when I was pretty much financially illiterate. I just pay it every month and other than that I have no idea about the details other than it is fixed for five years, ending in a few months. I'm wondering what the process is to change it. Do I ring the current provider EBS and negotiate with them first, or do I need to shop around at the same time?
