Trying that Timeleft app

You may have seen me posting here about meeting new people. Im currently on my way to try out that timeleft app.
For people who dont know. It an app where you meet people, usually with dinner but Im trying the drinks option were you meet people for drinks.

I'm 35 and haven't really had much luck when it comes too meeting new people. Girls mostly.
I have tried all the dating apps (spent alot of $$) but I'm lucky if I can have a conversation last more then 2 days with someone. I have tried though friends but none of my friends or there partners know anyone.
I have signed up to try speed dating. 6 week wait list 😆

What are other things I could try?
I'm not looking to hook up with anyone. I want a proper connection. Something long term or forever. I'll be happy just to land a date.
A little about me. I from the west and travel all around Melbourne for work. I do singing lessons, ride motorbikes. I like to go places, travel. Im always up to do things like go see a band ive never heard of or go to a pop up festival ect.
