Monster 1200s Battery Change HELP!!!

Hello. I am mechanically retarded yet still decided to try to change my 2017 Monster 1200s battery myself to save a couple of bucks, and ended up spending those couple hundred bucks towing my bike home. I changed the battery and reconnected everything how it was when I disconnected the old one, the only difference is the new battery is a lithium ion. As I was riding, testing the new battery - I felt so accomplished. I did it myself. For about 10 minutes until the battery died on the side of the road because it wasn't charging properly. Did I not hook something up right or is the stock wiring not compatible with lithium batteries? The tow man said it looks like the screw in the positive terminal was a bit loose (which very well could've been the case since I used a longer than needed screw and it may have bottomed out) and the 2 smaller positive wires could've come disconnected as they bounced around, but I don't know. I'm so frustrated at how hard they made these batteries to change!!! I spent so many hours trying to get the tiny screw to line up with the 3 wires and into the terminal, there is no space to get down there! Please let me know what's wrong. Thank you all!

Ducati Monster 1100Evo VS 1200R

I used to have a Ducati Monster 821 and loved it! Recently, a 2013 Ducati Monster 1100Evo Diesel Edition (My absolute dream bike because of Arrow) has popped up with only 3k miles in mint condition on Marketplace. But coincidently, a blacked out Ducati Monster 1200R 2016 popped up also in mint condition, and I love the blacked out look as much as the Diesel edition. Which would you choose and why? I know one is air cooled and has less power, but any other things to consider? THank you!

2nd Gen V6 Tundra

Hello. I have a 2012 V6 Tundra and honeslty didn't do a lot of research on it before I got it. I just assumed it was super reliable, because all Tundras are right? I didn't know that the most reliable ones had the 4.7, and 5.7 v8s. Does anyone have anything to tell me about the reliability of the 4.0 V6 tundras? I cannot find much information online. They have a different transmission also. How many miles could these last with good care? Mine has 155k miles already, and I plan to almost never haul anything except a small trailer once or twice a year for short distances. What are your thoughts? Thank you

▲ 3 r/Ram1500+2 crossposts

Hello. I bought a 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 V6 with 70k miles last year for $12,500. It needed new tires, and after tax, etc, I have about $14,500 in it. It has 72k miles now.

I found an amazing deal on a 2012 V6 Tundra the other day with 150k miles for $8,500 and couldn't pass it up. I have always heard how reliable Tundras are, and it was in my favorite gun metal gray color. I love the interior and exterior of the Tundra way more than the Ram, and it will save me some money when I sell the Ram.

After doing more research, I have heard that the Ram I have is the most reliable year, and the 2012 Tundra is one of the less reliable years. Between this and a couple of other things, I am havinv second thoughts about maybe selling the Tundra instead. By far, what means more to me than anything else is reliability and longevity. I want to keep my truck for a long, long time. I rarely haul trailers, I do small construction jobs frequently and haul dump loads, and mostly daily commute. Which truck should I keep? What will last me longer? (150k miles 2012 Tundra vs 72k mile 2018 Ram 1500) (I will be able to pay off about 5k of debt if I sell the Ram which is also nice but not a deal breaker)
