Hello all fellow admins!
I received some great ideas here for a team build I did in NYC. Asking for an idea again! I have about 35 employees I need to plan for our kick off in January. Last year (I wasn’t hired yet) they all went to Florida Keys.

Where can I plan this for January? We are pretty much open to anywhere in US. My leader mentioned Arizona and a warm climate. Aside from Vegas, has anyone attended or planned a great venue? Any ideas in Arizona? Texas, etc?

My BF daughter (16) constantly has each parent drive her at 11:30 at night to collect whatever she forgot at the other parents house. During week and on weekends. Sometimes it wakes me up and I am a zombie at work next day. My BF just says “this is my life” neither parent will correct this. I live with my BF but the mother isn’t usually effected by this because she is at her BFs house

My spineless BF drives his daughter and all her friends everywhere. Other parents are nowhere to be found. His daughter is a spoiled brat and I said tell her no next time. Where are the other parents??? He says… I’ll do it to have a better relationship with my daughter.

His weekend but his exes day (Mothers day)
His kid is coming back from a trip ON Mother’s Day. Him and I have plans in the afternoon with MY kids.
Opinion needed- who’s responsibility is it to get the kid off the bus when they are back on MOTHERS DAY ?
