I use this video switcher with my crt and when i got a retrotink 4k i continued using it, it requires a 12v power supply pluged in to work, and i heard anything over 5 volt will damage the 4k is this true ?

I heard they're horrible for retro and they sacrificed picture quality for size, so i got curious picked this up for 10 kd (around 30 usd) and the picture looks fine even some subtile scanlines that don't appear on camera for some reason
